This new and original musical version of the Lord's Prayer is a celebration of God's Glory and Power along with our daily request for His presence, provision, forgiveness, deliverance and his will in our lives. This prayer was given to us by the Lord to be a daily prayer that keeps us walking with God, hand in hand, through our life on earth.

You may notice that instead of “Lead us not into temptation” the song says, “Let us not be led into temptation.” The Bible says clearly in James 1:13 & 14. “Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: But every man is tempted when he is drawn away of his own lust and enticed.” (KJV)

As I researched the translation of this passage, (“Lead us not into temptation”) a different meaning emerged. In the original manuscripts of the New Testament, the meaning is more accurately interpreted as “prevent us from” rather than “lead us not into” temptation. It is purported that contemporary interpreters of the New Testament would not insist on changing the English interpretation of this passage of scripture because of tradition.
